They caught a scratch that was not mine
Photographed everything at handover and at return, and when a mark showed up they had the timestamped picture proving it predated me. That is how it should work.

Delivered to the hotel at 8am, exactly as promised
Booked the SF90 for an anniversary weekend and it showed up at the Setai detailed and fully charged. The handover took ten minutes, with no upsell and no paperwork theatre. The car is genuinely violent in Qualifica mode and completely civil in electric mode through South Beach.

986 hp is not a typo
I have driven fast cars. This is a different category of acceleration and the all-wheel drive means you can actually use it. Silent electric mode out of the neighbourhood was a thoughtful touch.

The only company that answered on a Sunday
I messaged four rental companies on a Sunday afternoon. Apex replied in about six minutes on WhatsApp and had the booking confirmed before the others opened on Monday. The deposit was refunded four days after return without me chasing it.

Superb car, mileage runs out fast
No complaints about the car or the service, both were excellent. Just be realistic about the 100 miles a day on the hypercars. We did a run down to the Keys and came back well over, which was fine because they told us the extra-mile rate up front, but plan for it.

Brilliant car, tight mileage
100 miles a day goes quickly when the road is good. Apex was upfront about it and the extra miles were billed exactly as quoted, no surprises. I just wish the allowance were higher.
